discovery Channel show "Master Blasters"
Here is the completed Mini Cooper rocket car. The name of this Discovery Channel "Master Blasters" episode was "Rocket Car Football." The mission of this episode was to convert a Mini Cooper car to a rocket car capable of launching off a ramp through football uprights and score a field goal. On both sides of the car is one Cessaroni 225 rocket motor. The football dummy on top was part of a rocket
A close up of the front of the car. the motor/transmission was removed and we welded on rocket motor supports (the long tube hooked to the U shaped tube). We were also given a "N" rocket motor we put pointing out the back of the trunk.
